Webinar: Motion Amplification® and Camera-Based Full Field Vibration Techniques

When:  Feb 24, 2021 from 18:30 to 19:30 (ET)
The webinar will be an introduction to Motion Amplification® technology, applications, and case examples with videos.  Motion Amplification® is a patented video-processing technique that detects subtle motion and enhances that motion to a level visible with the naked eye. Motion Amplification® Technology can resolve motions as small as 250 nanometers at 1 meter and can be performed live and in real-time, making it suitable for a range of applications from product design, test, and measurements, R&D, test cells, to field-based machinery fault diagnosis, dynamics, and structural testing.

About our speaker:
Jeff is the founder of RDI, and holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Louisville. As a Research Scientist, he developed and patented a method to measure motion remotely with the use of video camera technology. He has since patented multiple methods for using camera technology to measure and visualize motion that is integral to RDI’s products. In addition to research, Jeff manages the development team at RDI and overseas all product development. He is also directly involved in customer demos, training, and site implementation.
